We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic full-function Senior HR Executive/Supervisor to join our team.

• Recruitment:
-Lead recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, tracking the hiring process, and providing recruitment reports.

• Onboarding and New Employee Training:
-Manage new employee data entry into the HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
-Coordinate and conduct new employee training sessions.

• Staff Welfare Management:
-Address and resolve employee welfare-related issues and inquiries.

• Labor Law Compliance:
-Ensure the company complies with local and national labor laws.
-Assist in handling labor law-related matters.

• Personnel Record Management:
-Oversee the maintenance and updating of employee personnel records.
-Assist in establishing and managing databases for accurate and confidential information.

• Employee Relations:
-Plan and execute Team Building and Festival Activities.

• Administrative Affairs:
-Manage HR administrative tasks, including attendance management, document translation, form creation, etc.
-Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
